A Nurturing Experience

Newborn baby photos are a lovely way to celebrate your new arrival and we set up our studio to get it just right for your little one. 

We know that you’ll probably want photos of your baby undressed so we make sure the studio is toasty warm and cosy. A comfortable and content baby creates the most gorgeous baby pictures and by making sure the studio is prepared perfectly, we get the best photos.

Getting the Best Newborn Photos

We’ve taken countless newborn photos over the years and our experience means we know how to get those gorgeous photos that you’ll treasure forever. 

You can book a newborn or baby photoshoot whenever you want, from birth right up until they become a toddler, although truly new born portraits are taken within the first 14 days. Vicky loves taking photos of babies and children and has a flair for capturing even the most fleeting expressions.

Newborn photos are a little different as this glorious stage of a baby’s life passes so quickly. Although we can take beautiful photos of your baby at any age, if you’re looking for those quintessential newborn poses, the sooner the photoshoot takes place, the better. 

Within the first few days of birth, your baby will naturally curl up without stirring and will sleep for longer without being disturbed. Our experience is that this precious time produces the most stunning photos that capture the essence of your baby’s first days. 

A Flexible Approach

With more than a decade of experience in photographing babies, we know that things don’t always go to plan. 

It’s great to schedule newborn baby photographs in before the birth to be prepared but we understand that you may need to change your appointment. 

If your baby is a little too comfortable and doesn’t make an appearance when expected, or you simply need a bit more time before your newborn portraits, it’s not a problem. 

We offer complete flexibility and work around your baby’s arrival in this world. As an independent newborn photographer, we’re able to provide a personal experience and adapt to whatever you need.
